Honor Someone With a Gift

To make a gift in honor of a loved one:

1.  Fill out the form below; then
2.  Go to our main Donate Page and select the community or program where you want your gift directed.

We will verify receipt of your gift within 48 hours via email and a handwritten card will be sent to the individual you are honoring to let them know about your gift in their name.
