Austin Ridge Bible Church has teamed up with Hat Creek Burgers to bring the ministry of Mobile Loaves & Fishes to the streets of Austin.
Through this unique alliance, God has provided a unique means for the people of Austin Ridge to build bridges to the community and reach out to the homeless and working poor. A customized commissary was built at Hat Creek Burger Co.’s restaurant and a truck was purchased to make runs from that location. The homeless and working poor love the fresh burgers and the volunteers from the church and surrounding community enjoy serving them up to those in need. We are in the process of training new volunteers on a weekly basis for the various teams we have in place. We aim to be a fully operational ministry with volunteers mobilized to serve up to 6 days a week.
