Ana-Cristina González

Chief Goodness Officer 
Ana-Cristina is proud to serve as Chief Goodness Officer of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, which includes leading the organization’s relationships & giving, communications, community empowerment and education teams—collaboratively known as MLF’s Goodness Team. This core team focuses on evangelizing the organization’s vision and mission in all that they do to bring greater awareness to the vital work of Mobile Loaves & Fishes in our community.

Ana-Cristina has spent her entire career working in nonprofits. She is a builder of relationships, community and teams that revolve around strong visions and missions working to make the world a better place. During her time as COO at St. William Catholic Church, she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the largest parish in the diocese. One of her career highlights was overseeing the construction of a 37,000 square foot building while also spearheading a restructuring of the organization. Ana-Cristina was the first female and also the first Hispanic COO in the Diocese of Austin.

Ana-Cristina holds a BS in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an MA in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. She is a lover of all things leadership and strives to bring that learning to her teams, peers and community to build stronger relationships and organizations. Ana-Cristina lives in Austin and when she’s not working hard to make the world a better place, she’s working hard to make sure she is the best Tia to her nieces.
