Volunteer in Genesis Gardens

Through Genesis Gardens, community members from all over Central Texas come together to roll up their sleeves and engage with neighbors at Community First! Village. Volunteers have the opportunity to learn the importance of intention, how to steward the land through companion planting and to recall what it means to put down roots, and share the abundance of our yields.

The bounty from our organic gardens is harvested, washed, bunched, canned, pickled, preserved or cooked and provided to neighbors throughout the village at our weekly Farmers Market – giving neighbors direct access to the best produce on earth!
