Project Description

Robert is the oldest of three sibling and was raised on a farm just south of Ft. Worth, TX. His imagination and love for the outdoors was cultivated while riding bareback on horses and experiencing beauty through nature. His homeless journey was on and off, and began in 1977 at the age of 20. It ended when he moved to the village in the winter of 2017. His mellow demeanor and dry sense of humor brings a smile to anyone he’s around. Robert’s favorite mediums of art to work in are oil, watercolor, charcoal, and pen and ink. His work can be characterized as detailed and realistic, coated with a touch of imaginative mystery. May his work make you feel calmed, intrigued and uplifted.
