In 2023, we began infrastructure work for the expansion of Community First! Village. The expansion includes two new properties which will add a combined 127 additional acres with room for 1400 more homes. Once fully developed, Community First! Village will have 1900 homes and neighborhood support buildings spread across 178 acres. We expect construction to be nearing completion by 2028. Want more details about the expansion? All of our homes at Community First! Village are built by licensed builders and general contractors as part of our commitment to provide our neighbors with high quality homes that are designed and built to last a long time.
