Thank you to these partners for their response to the needs of those we serve:
- Tito’s Handmade Vodka donated 240 bottles of hand sanitizer to our neighbors at Community First! Village to help keep our community clean and safe.
- Central Texas Food Bank delivered 125 25-pound boxes of food and a case of bottled water for our Village neighbors.
- The City of Austin and community partners collaborating through the Eating Apart Together (EAT) initiative are distributing 1000 shelf-stable meals each day to our homeless neighbors sheltering in place on the city streets. Our food trucks are helping to deliver this food daily in collaboration with The Other Ones Foundation, Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center, Central Presbyterian Church and Angel House.
- Rudy’s Country Store and BBQ for providing food three times each week to Community First! Village, which helps to feed our neighbors living in the Village and provides meals that the Community First! Village food truck delivers to our friends still living on the streets.

The pandemic of homelessness continues everyday as we all endure the COVID-19 global health crisis. Thank you to all our generous friends, businesses and community partners who are supporting our efforts to serve our most vulnerable neighbors. Your help is needed now to continue serving food and the basic necessities that our Village neighbors and our homeless brothers and sisters need to survive.
