Public Tours Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending a Mobile Loaves & Fishes (“MLF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) public tour or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Event Registration

Registration is required to attend MLF public tours and events. Tickets are provided free of charge and are subject to availability and attendance capacity limits.

This golf cart tour accommodates a maximum of 12 total guests. It helps us to have an accurate count of who will be attending, so please let us know if you must cancel after signing up. Please note that we are unable to exceed 12 total attendees per tour.

Each registered attendee must have a valid ticket or registration confirmation. While tickets may be transferred to another individual, unregistered guests or additional attendees beyond the reserved ticket quantity will not be permitted entry.

Tour Recommendations

Guests are encouraged to bring water, dress comfortably, and wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor conditions and walking portions of the tour.

Event Changes & Weather Policy

MLF reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any event or tour at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If an event is canceled or significantly modified, MLF will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the email address provided during registration.

Visitor Agreement & Waiver Release

By signing up for this tour, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Mobile Loaves & Fishes Visitor Agreement and Waiver Release.

This agreement is between the person signed up to visit Community First! Village (“Visitor”) and Mobile Loaves & Fishes (“MLF”). Visitor will be observing MLF’s Community First! Village and related outreach to homeless and poor people, which may include delivery of food, use of MLF vehicles, providing housing support, and witnessing other MLF programs or projects.

Visitor acknowledges and agrees that participation may include contact with unidentified, unfamiliar, and unpredictable persons; travel to and from various locations; potential exposure to infectious diseases; and other risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death.

Visitor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the tour or related MLF activities and agrees to follow all safety and hygiene protocols implemented by MLF.

Visitor represents that they are not currently experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

Visitor releases and agrees not to hold liable or bring claims against Mobile Loaves & Fishes and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, affiliates, representatives, and related parties for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of participation in the event or visit to Community First! Village.

Visitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MLF from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from participation in the event.

Visitor confirms and warrants that they have not been convicted of a violent crime.

If a minor child is participating, the registering adult authorizes MLF to obtain emergency medical care if necessary and authorizes relevant medical information to be shared with medical personnel when reasonably necessary for treatment.

Photography & Media Release

By attending an MLF event or tour, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, or other media may be captured during the event.

You grant Mobile Loaves & Fishes permission to use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, social media, promotional materials, educational materials, fundraising materials, or other lawful organizational purposes without compensation or additional approval.

By participating in the tour, you release Mobile Loaves & Fishes and its representatives from any claims related to the use of your likeness, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, libel, or similar causes of action.

Code of Conduct

MLF is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all attendees, volunteers, staff, and community members.

Attendees agree to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the event. MLF reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the organization.

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is committed to making its events accessible and inclusive for all attendees.

If you require reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or have accessibility-related questions, please contact us in advance at info@mlf.org so we can make reasonable efforts to assist you.
